At Ghanour, each marble tray is carefully inspected and packaged with care. Due to the nature of marble, every piece is unique in veining and tone, which is part of its natural beauty.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ghanour.com with:
    •    Your order number
    •    Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once assessed, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

Natural Variations

Marble is a natural stone. Variations in colour, veining, and pattern are not considered faults and are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs
    •    Original shipping costs are non-refundable
    •    Return shipping (if approved) is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty

Unapproved Returns

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
