GHANOUR – Frequently Asked Questions
Are all marble pieces the same?
No. Each marble piece is crafted from natural stone, meaning no two pieces are ever the same. Variations in veining, colour, tone, and texture are natural characteristics of marble and are part of its beauty, not flaws.
This collection is extremely limited and individual piece selection is available. You may select your tray based on current availability by connecting with us via Instagram or email hello@ghanour.com
How do I care for my marble items?
We recommend wiping with a soft, damp cloth, avoiding harsh or acidic cleaners, drying immediately after cleaning, and using protective pads underneath your pieces.
Do you ship internationally?
No. GHANOUR currently ships within Australia only.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times vary depending on location and courier service.
Can I return my order?
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Marble items are not eligible for return due to natural variation.
Apparel may be returned if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.
Will colours look exactly the same as online?
We do our best to represent products accurately, however colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

Apparel Items
Due to hygiene reasons, all apparel items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless deemed faulty.
If your apparel item arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ghanour.com with:
* Your order number
* Clear photos of the fault
Approved faulty items will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
